When it comes time to redeeming vouchers, you can be assured that the recipient will be well looked after and pampered by our competent and friendly staff. At the completion of their treatment, they will be relaxed and grateful for your thoughtfulness. Vouchers are valid for 3 years.

Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policies
When you book an appointment at Quintessence Day Spa, you may be asked to provide credit card details to confirm your appointment.
We understand that from time to time things can happen and you may not be able to attend your appointment. Whilst we are mindful of your circumstances we ask that you are mindful of ours as at short notice, we are unable to fill these appointment times.
Please be aware that we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment (48 hours for group bookings of 2 or more). If appointments are cancelled within this time, a 50% fee will incur. If you fail to show to your appointment, 100% of your scheduled treatment price will be charged. If redeeming a gift voucher, the value of the voucher will be charged.
