Browse the aquarium in an adult's only setting, before descending into the underwater tunnel to your table for two, to start your dining experience.

A note on COVID-19: in the instance of COVID-19 or illness, your booking can be transferred by contacting AQWA before the event. No refunds or transfers will be given for missed bookings/no-shows.

Please state any dietary requirements in the special requests in step 3 at checkout, so we can modify your meal. We can accommodate Vegetarian, Vegan and Halal requirements as well as provide Gluten/Dairy/Egg/Nut intolerant friendly meals, however we cannot guarantee that there will be no traces of these common allergens.

Pork and duck rillette, apple and sage compote, roasted hazelnuts and Turkish bread

MAINS

Rolled chicken with almond and cranberry stuffing, sweet potato, bean bundle, shallots, sprouts and jus

Lamb rump with Moroccan couscous, date and orange jam, spiced pumpkin, asparagus and dukka spice

DESSERT

Cherry and white chocolate truffle, pistachio crumb and sherry gel

About Your Chef

Chris Barker arrived in Australia 13 years ago, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his years working in London, as well as in his home town of Colchester. Working his way around Australia from Melbourne to Cairns and eventually Perth, Chris has been appointed head chef at numerous top restaurants, from beachfront to inner-city venues.

Down to Earth and passionate about good food, Chris will provide a relaxed and memorable dining experience anchored by his elegant and well crafted menus.
