Eco Teen – Shark Swim (12+ years)
Nurture your teen's passion for the marine world and allow them to dive right in, with this new full-day program that includes swimming with sharks! These school holidays teens can be immersed in all things SHARK both in and out of the water as they discover with our Biologists the impressive features and vital roles of these apex predators... then snorkel with them in Australia's largest single aquarium!
Eco Teen – Shark Swim (12+ years)

- Beach walk - explore local life and sandy surprises
- Shark Biologist lecture to discover identification, classification and shark extremes!

Availability and bookings:
This exclusive program will run from from 8.45am – 3.00pm on select dates during WA school holidays
Available to teens aged 12-16
Participants must be competent swimmers and of good general health to participate. Some exclusions apply, see full T&C before booking.
Places are strictly limited, bookings are essential.

Good to know:
General:
Must arrive 10 minutes prior to start time for briefing and handover.
Participant to bring water bottle, hat and comfortable shoes.
Parent/guardian must read and provide signed copy of Waiver on arrival.
Once on site, children will not be allowed to leave the building without the care of a parent/guardian.
Parents are not required to stay for the program. However if they wish to watch their child Swim with Sharks they can purchase the discounted Spectator ticket as part of their booking.
In-water:
Teens must be competent swimmers and of good general health to participate
Exclusions apply to those with asthma, epilepsy or major heart conditions.
AQWA will provide snorkelling equipment and wetsuits
Teens to bring bathers, towel and warm clothes/jumper for post swim.
The in-water experience involves participants snorkelling across the surface of the aquarium with a qualified instructor. There is strictly no duck-diving, free swimming or touching/feeding of the animals.
