Annual Memberships are NON TRANSFERABLE (cannot be shared between multiple people) and photo ID will be required when using the membership card. Only the person or person/s assigned to the card can use the membership.
Annual Memberships are NON REFUNDABLE, including Gift Card purchases. Annual Memberships cannot be cancelled once activated and no credits will be given, irrelevant of visits used or unused.
Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Your 12 month membership is activated upon your first visit, where you receive your membership card, have your photo/s taken and confirm the person/s included in the membership.
